Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with 999bat, the following conditions must be met. Failure to meet any condition will prevent registration, and existing accounts may be closed if a condition is later found to be unmet.

  • Each person may only register one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours. However, processing times may be extended during verification or for security reasons. 999bat processes withdrawals free of charge, though the payment provider's own fees may apply.

Full account verification (KYC) must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed. Withdrawals will not be processed without verification. For suspicious transactions, 999bat reserves the right to hold funds until an investigation is concluded.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers on 999bat come with specific wagering requirements. Please read the applicable terms carefully before claiming any bonus. Welcome bonus wagering requirements typically range from 20x to 30x, meaning you must wager 20 to 30 times the bonus amount before making a withdrawal.

Any breach of bonus terms will result in the cancellation of the bonus, and winnings earned using that bonus may also be forfeited. If a user attempts to fulfil bonus requirements by participating in the same promotion multiple times or through unusual betting patterns, 999bat reserves the right to suspend the account.

Betting Rules & Game Operations

All bets placed on 999bat are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled. However, in certain circumstances — such as event cancellation or postponement — a bet may be declared void and the stake returned. 999bat is not responsible for bets affected by internet disconnection during live betting.

Odds for Sports Betting may change. The odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 999bat reserves the right to void that bet.

If a technical error occurs in the game software during a casino game, the result of that round may be declared void. 999bat abides by the rules of third-party game providers, and in such cases the provider's decision is final.
